Trip to Atascadero

One of the perks of having clients from across California is that we get to travel the Golden State. On a recent trip to an Atascadero Oversight Board meeting, I took some pictures. Hope you enjoy them!

  The city hall building, also known as the Rotunda, was built in 1918, damaged by the 2003 San Simeon earthquake, and restored over the next 10 years. RSG is helping the Atascadero Successor Agency market and sell the building that the city used as a temporary city hall during the restoration.

 The Carlton Hotel, originally built in 1928, is located at the edge of the city’s Colony District, which includes the city hall and library, as well as restaurants, spas, antique stores, and more.
