In 1999, the Covina Redevelopment Agency retained RSG to advise on negotiations with a prospective user of a key vacant commercial space in the City. As negotiations progressed, it became evident that the Agency needed to ensure that it could pledge the necessary funds to make the project a reality, and asked RSG to conduct a cash flow analysis of the Agency's two project areas. The cash flow analysis provided the Agency the opportunity to not only demonstrate available funding for this important project, but also consolidated and organized financial management of the Agency's resources.
