CITY BRANDING - TWENTYNINE PALMS

To address specific components of the City's Economic Development Action Plan, RSG was retained by the City of Twentynine Palms to conduct a branding campaign to assist the City market itself more effectively.  To accomplish the program, RSG first gathered all relevant market and demographic data on the community.  RSG also conducted twenty in-person interviews with community stakeholders and polled residents and visitors at the City's annual Pioneer Days festival.  After all of the data was analyzed and prioritized, RSG was able to identify the community's assets and core values.  Logos and branding concepts were developed from the assets and core values.  RSG presented their findings, including conceptual graphics and taglines, to the City Council.  RSG's implementation activities included gathering additional community feedback on the City Council's final selections and coordinated the rollout of the final logo and tagline selection.  RSG continues to monitor the brand's effectiveness and external consumer awareness.
