Since 2000, RSG has assisted with the adoption of the Temescal Canyon Project and two amendments to the merged Project Area A. RSG recently completed a major amendment that included adding territory, extending eminent domain authority, merging project areas, and amending time and financial limits. RSG prepared all redevelopment documents, participated in public meetings, and coordinated the amendment schedule. In 2010 RSG was again retained to assist the Agency with the merger of two of its project areas, the addition of over 1,200 acres to the merged project area, the extension of eminent domain authority, and the combination of the bonded indebtedness limit for the two project areas.
