Alexandra joined RSG in 2018 bringing with her a background in public financial management and economic development research. She has performed market analysis research, feasibility studies, and has developed best practice assessments to facilitate growth in industries and communities. Alexandra holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Economy from the University of Southern California as well as a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from USC. Alexandra’s educational background combined with her significant experience in research have provided her with an extensive set of analytical skills that she is able to impart upon each job she assists with.
Assisted with marketing efforts for the disposition of several properties in the City of South Gate and the unincorporated community of Altadena.
Conducted research and analysis to develop a Retail Development Brochure for the City of Westminster.
Performed research and analysis to prepare fair market rental valuations for a ground lease in Marina Del Rey.
Working with the Los Angeles Economic and Workforce Development Department to provide a comprehensive pro forma analysis of the proposed Bethune mixed-use development in Los Angeles.
