Every day, communities are faced with the challenges like the lack of affordable housing, balancing their budgets or spurring economic development. I am proud to be able to help find solutions to problems like these and more through utilizing my skill set and collaborating a very capable team at RSG.
Joseph brings a robust analytical background in Real Estate, Urban Planning, and Transportation to RSG. He is currently working on fiscal impact analyses for the City of Dublin in the East Bay area and Rancho Cucamonga in the Inland Valley. Both studies involve each city and local developers exploring mixed-used development options for their respective areas. Joseph is also assisting with the preparation of continuing disclosure documents for Inland Valley Development Agency by performing tax and land use analysis.
Joseph provides a unique perspective that comes from his eclectic professional history. Joseph has worked in transportation agencies, sustainable mapping organizations, county government and even the United States Navy. He has worked on a wide range of projects including evaluating job access through bus services in the State of New Jersey to studying the economic development endeavors of Union County municipalities. In addition, Joseph is fluent in Tagalog.
Joseph joined RSG in 2017. He has a BA in both Economics and Political Science from Rutgers University and Master’s Degree in City and Regional Planning from Rutgers University’s Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy.
Studied the economic impact and financial feasibility of various mixed-use and commercial development scenarios in the City of Dublin and Rancho Cucamonga
Provided property tax and land use analysis to help in the preparation of the Inland Valley Development Agency’s Continuing Disclosure and Verification Report
Analyzed assessed valuations, tax increment revenues and debt service coverage and prepared the Continuing Disclosure Report for City of Ridgecrest and the Successor Agency to the Ridgecrest Redevelopment Agency.
