As the Business Office Coordinator for RSG, Kelly is responsible for the day to day management of the office. Her role involves performing business administrative tasks including client and contract management, documentation retention, invoicing preparation and billing resolution. In addition to this, Kelly also acts as the point of contact for all human resources related matters for the staff.
Kelly joined RSG in 2017. With both a B.A. in Sociology and an M.B.A in Public Administration, Kelly’s professional experience spans over 10 years. Before joining RSG, Kelly worked as an Account Resolution Specialist and Coordinator for a medical practice management and billing firm. During her time in these roles, Kelly provided assistance to physicians with the management of their practices in a number of areas including contracting, credentialing, billing, training and creating policies and procedures. Kelly has also worked as a development assistant and event consultant for a non-profit organization. Kelly’s professional and academic experience has provided her a strong set of skills that allows her to effectively perform her role at RSG.
