I am passionate about helping communities find creative, effective solutions for the challenges they face. I love working directly with clients and community members, and strive to seek out development and growth that is collaborative, sustainable and equitable.
Millay has a unique educational and professional background combined with urban planning, law, and business that contribute to her strong analytical and creative insight. Millay has worked extensively on issues related to community development, ranging from sustainable tourism development in Central America to tenants rights and affordable housing development in Los Angeles. Furthermore, Millay is fluent in Spanish.
Millay joined RSG in 2017. She holds a BS from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University, an MS in Urban Planning from Columbia University and a JD from Golden Gate University School of Law.
- Conducted compliance auditing, report monitoring, and inspections for affordable housing developments.
Prepared preliminary economic development strategy for the City of South Gate.
